WASHINGTON, D.C., April 2, 2026 – Full On Communications, a strategic communications and public affairs consulting firm specializing in the nuclear energy sector, is celebrating 10 years of helping the world’s leading companies and organizations in the sector achieve their goals. Full On was created a decade ago to help nuclear energy tell its story better. Today the sector is experiencing a global resurgence with new technology, approaches and tremendous progress. 

Over the past 10 years, the Full On team has worked with a range of nuclear companies creating innovative new technologies, including developers of advanced fuel, small modular reactors (SMRs), and waste management. The team has advised nuclear industry associations, government agencies, and even the International Atomic Energy Agency. Full On has also helped think tanks and advocacy groups, such as the Mothers for Nuclear, get their message out. 

“When I founded Full On Communications a decade ago, we were witnessing nuclear power plants closing prematurely across the United States, and the nuclear energy sector in the West was stagnant at best,” said Full On Founder and CEO Jarret Adams. “Today we are seeing unprecedented interest and investment in new nuclear technologies, designs both large and small, new entrants and approaches, and extraordinary opportunities for growth. During this period, the Full On team has worked with many of those on the cutting edge of this evolution.”

With more than 200 years of nuclear industry experience across every facet of the nuclear fuel cycle, the Full On team offers a broad range of capabilities. In 2024, Full On produced a short documentary “Nuclear Resurgence” to examine the forces behind nuclear energy’s worldwide comeback and those leading the effort. The documentary features insights from leading experts who provide firsthand perspectives on the factors driving this new growth and why the outlook for nuclear energy has radically shifted.
